Alltel Communications RIP OFF

My son 'bought' an alltel communications cell phone at graduation party night. He was unable to register it on their website for the FREE 120 minutes. It is AKA: Alltel Simple Freedom Kyocera KX1 SoHo Prepaid Cell Phone

When he ended up registering it by phone, they knocked his FREE minutes down to 40--less than HALF.

Then when he still had 20 minutes left, the phone gave him the message that he had insufficient time to make the call he was trying to make.

It was IMPOSSIBLE to get an address for this company or an 800 phone number. The BBB came up with these.

When we complained to the BBB, they contacted the company who then has FAILED to respond to our complaints.

It retails at Wal-Mart for around $50.00

Therefore, we are blogging this so everyone will know and be WARNED that this is a fraudulent business.
